We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If there is a missing item or missing exclusive gifts included in the purchase, we require an unboxing video in order to issue you the replacement. Please make sure to take a video of your unboxing the package, especially if your purchase includes exclusive gifts.
-Unboxing video is absolutely necessary for the exchange of missing items/damages/defects.
-When shooting an unboxing video, the video must be taken with the shipping label attached, and it is difficult to exchange the unboxed video taken after the invoice number label has been damaged.
-If the value of the product has decreased significantly due to the customer's use or consumption, return/exchange is not possible.
-All inquiries about exchanges and refunds are allowed within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product.
-In case of omission/damage/defect, please attach the contents of the unboxing video and submit an inquiry to MokketShop's CS for the purchased product, the missing product and composition, and the photoshoot corresponding to the quantity.
-All inquiries received will be reviewed in detail internally by the company, and information on exchange or refund will be provided.

- 언박싱 영상을 촬영시에는 반드시 송장번호 라벨지가 부착된 상태에서의 영상 촬영이어야 하며, 송장번호 라벨지가 훼손된 후에 촬영된 언박싱 영상은 교환이 어렵습니다.
- 고객님의 사용 또는 일부 소비에 의하여 상품의 가치가 현저히 감소한 경우 반품/교환이 불가합니다.
- 모든 교환 및 환불에 대한 문의는 해당 상품의 배송완료일로부터 7일 이내를 기준으로 허용됩니다.
- 누락/파손/불량시 언박싱 영상의 내용을 첨부하여 구매한 상품, 누락된 상품 및 구성, 수량에 해당하는 촬영본을 함께 모켓샵의 CS로 문의 접수해주시기 바랍니다.
- 접수된 모든 문의는 회사측에서 내부적으로 자세히 검토하여 교환 혹은 환불에 대한 내용을 안내해드리겠습니다.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including, but not limited to, the items sold through events such as online fan-signing events and pre-orders with gifts. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
